Camp Frequently Asked Questions:

[section=1) What is the refund policy?]
– A $10 admin fee is charged if notice is given to Ban Tổ Chức by the registration deadline
– A 50% refund is made if notice is given to Ban Tổ Chức before camp starts.
– No refund will be made once the camp starts.
Note: All refunds are processed after the camp ends. We do not prorate fees for attending only a part of the camp.[endsection]

[section=2) Can I go home at night as a participant or a helper?]
– No. Neither participants nor helpers can go home at night.  Special cases should be brought to Ban To Chuc.[endsection]

[section=3) Can I come to camp late?]
– No, coming late to camp cannot fulfill their camp requirement[endsection]
